Cesa Makina 2024 and 2025 Goals and Plan: Our aim is to carefully examine and evaluate the latest developments around the world and to put into practice the plans we are confident in. These include:
- Carefully and meticulously increasing the number of our white-collar project, manufacturing and quality engineers, so that the planning and manufacturing processes can be followed smoothly.
- Increasing the number of machines on our production line and replacing problematic machines with new ones.
- We are planning equipment investments and fixed CMM investments.
- Our company currently manufactures at three different locations. Among our goals and plans is to bring all production together under one roof in a larger, more comprehensive production facility.
- Of course, our customers' demands will also shape our investment plans.
We plan to put all these plans and goals into practice together with our renewable energy investments, guided not only by the value we place on people and nature, but also by the low carbon footprint and waste levels we have adopted for our environment.
